这个空间神奇而神圣，你一个人就能真实地感受到。
因为事实是，疗愈屋是你心所造。

我自己在化身时，也需要光顾这个存在之地，以平静自己并接受指导。
由于我深知此练习之强大，故而告知，你可以随时拥有它。
当你辗转难眠，思绪万千，忆起痛苦与失去，
或生活对努力的你如何万般不公，请深呼吸，
叩开疗愈屋门，平和地来，只为疗愈，别无他想。
请带上你自己灵魂的临在即可，不要有任何杂念。
此地无需咒语、思辨，也不需回忆。
这是一个仅有临在的地方。
静静地闭上双眼，感受你自己心脏的跳动。
将觉知放在你的呼吸上，知道你是安全的。
你将能够环顾四周，不带思绪地无言观察。
你的疗愈小屋，可以是你钟爱的颜色和大小。
灯光可明亦可暗。
唯一允许和你一起的灵魂，是你脚边沉睡的宠物。
原因是，宠物灵魂可以提供无条件的爱，它们的存在能提高你周围的振动频率。
须臾，你的思绪就会涌入意识。
请有意识地带着爱对它们说，此刻很神圣，请稍后再来。
坚守而不动摇，心无旁贷。
反复多次直到你只感觉到圣灵的存在。
有了觉知，就会找到幸福。
这个地方是你平静的港湾。
你会发现，你的中枢神经系统在康愈，
身体的炎症开始大规模康复。
你会极其平静地睁开双眼，充满激增的创造力和生活之爱。
你会发现，感恩如此自然，对一件小事也会报以微笑。
我非常爱你，我的愿望是用爱来服侍你。
你不需要受苦，因为你灵魂的真实状态是平静。

Aya – Entering The Healing Room
Beloved Ones Of My Heart!
Come With Me Now As We Enter The Healing Room. This Magical Space Is Sacred And You Alone Can Make This Place Very Real. For The Truth Is That The Healing Room Is Created By Your Own Mind. Bring Your Intention To Heal And I Will Join You As We Become One Love For A Moment.
In My Own Incarnations, I Have Also Needed This Place Of Being To Calm And Receive Direction. Because I Know The Power Of This Exercise, I Want You To Know It Can Be Yours Any Moment Chosen.
When You Cannot Sleep, When Thoughts Begin To Remind You Of Pain, Loss Or A Million Reasons That Life Has Been Unfair When You Tried So Hard, Just Breathe. Open The Door. Enter In Peace With No Expectation Except Healing.
Bring Your Own Presence Of Soul With No Thoughts Allowed. This Is Not A Place For Mantras, Critical Thinking Or Memories. It Is A Space To Just BE.
With Eyes Closed In Silence, Feel The Beating Of Your Own Heart. Become Aware Of Your Breath And Know You Are Safe. You Will Be Able To Look Around And Observe Without Thoughts Or Words.
Your Healing Room Can Be The Color And Size Of Your Choice. The Lighting Can Be Dim Or Bright. The Only Soul That Will Be Allowed With You, Will Be A Sleeping Pet At Your Feet. The Reason For This Is That Pet Souls Offer Unconditional Love And Their Presence Raises The Frequency Around You.
Within Moments, Thoughts Will Arrive In Your Awareness. Consciously And With Love, Remind Them That This Is A Sacred Moment And You Will Allow Them Access Later. Not Now. Stick To This And Never Waver Or Entertain Any Thoughts. Repeat Until You Feel Only The Presence Of Your Sacred Soul. Become Awareness And You Will Find Bliss.
This Place Is Your Haven Of Peace. You Will Find Healing In Your Central Nervous System, Any Inflammation Of The Body Will Begin Massive Healing And You Will Open Your Eyes With Great Calm, Increased Creativity And Love For Your Life. You Will Find That Gratitude Is Natural And You May Choose To Smile At Little Things That Unfold.
I Love You Very Much And My Desire Is To Serve You With Love. You Need Not Suffer As Your Soul’s True State Of Being Is Peace. Find This Within And Return To The Healing Room As Many Moments Throughout Your Day As Possible!
