宽恕他人是你送给自己的礼物。你要宽恕的人，可能未必在你的生命中，听到你对他们做出的选择。
但是，释放你固着在心轮周围频率的能量，可以让它最终消弭于你的能量场之外。
如果你与被原谅的人存在关系，那么你总有机会让他知道。要是你不想告诉对方，那就做出举动，无声地告诉他一切都很平和，你内心已经疗愈。
很多身体问题和情况，并非灵魂计划中的安排，而是随着毒性能量出现的。
许多人都有肠胃不适、皮疹、头痛、体痛等问题，这都是由于在所有交流中都要一味正确造成的。
释放意识，放弃那些对你无益的情感，会让你得到解脱，让快乐回归！
这个清醒梦，与你自己无限的生命相比，及其短暂！
径直走开，从宽恕带来的自由中寻找快乐，真的有什么关系吗？
