亲爱的光之人们！
此刻，请与我一起活在当下，你会发现自己的灵魂允许所有的觉知！
每时每刻的临在，都会带给你完全的平静，因为你绕过了人类的情感，唯有存在的觉知。
如果每个人都能不带评判地观察每一刻，疗愈就会像涟漪一样，带着爱的频率蔓延到所有生命中！
这一刻是完美的！你神圣灵魂的本质始终存在与临在！
当你感到焦虑、抑郁、悲伤或喜悦时，要清楚地知道这些都是情绪，每一个临在之外的念头，都会让能量以比呼吸还快的速度，如瀑布般不断倾泻。
现在，请深呼吸，你会发现每种情绪都在重新变化。
在所有的活动和创造性努力中保持临在状态，你将永远感到满意。
你是有形的意识，借着再次来到地球的天赋，有机会为我们带来临在。
你拥有自由意志，但忘却了灵魂计划，你不断被提醒临在状态的真实存在。
你是否有过这样的经历：当别人专注地看着手机或社交媒体时，你却向他们倾诉衷肠？
在那一刻，你明白了他们与你在一起的感觉，就像他们根本不存在一样。
你的话被忽略了，你有一种下沉的感觉。
随着时间的推移，你们的关系在极不和谐中变得摇摆不定。
每个人都希望被倾听。要是每个人都能理解他们的临在所带来的礼物多好！
当你喂养心爱的宠物时，请把这件事当作礼物来享受。
看到它们的眼睛里有爱！用充满爱意的语调慢慢对它们说话。
你不受干扰的临在，会给你和你的宠物带来快乐！

Breathe Deeply Now And You Will Notice That Each Emotion Is Changing Again. Become Present In All Activities And All Creative Endeavors And You Will Never Feel Discontent.
You Are The Awareness In Form That Has The Opportunity Of Offering Presence With The Gift Of Arriving On Planet Earth Once Again. With Free Will And A Soul Plan Unremembered, You Are Ever Being Reminded Of Your True State Of Being With Presence.
Have You Had The Experience Of Pouring Your Heart Out To Another While They Looked Intently At Their Phone Or Social Media? In Those Moments, You Understood That They Were No More Present With You Than If They Were Not Even There. Your Words Are Not Heard And You Have A Sinking Feeling. The Relationship Wavers Over Time With Great Discord. Everyone Wants To Be Heard. If Only Everyone Could Understand The Gift That Their Presence Would Bring!
As You Feed Your Beloved Pet, Enjoy The Activity As A Gift. Look Into Their Eyes And See Love! Take Your Time As You Speak To Them In Loving Tones. Your Presence, Uninterrupted Will Bring Joy To You And Your Pet!
If You Read A Book, Stay Present And Reflect On Each Sentence That Has Meaning. Have You Read A Page And Realized You Were Thinking Of Something Else? You Are Not Reading At All Until You Find Presence In The Moment Of Now!
As You Move Through Your Day, Stay Present With All Tasks. Washing Your Hands, Cooking Or Doing Dishes Can Become Enjoyable With Concentrating On Each Moment. Be Aware Of Movement, Smells And Sounds As Your Presence Has The Opportunity Of Just Being!
