光之朋友们！
当每个生命开始进入第三密度时，洗脑程序就开始在大脑中形成许多固定信念系统。只要你认为自己“ 不如别人”、“ 不值得”，或者有其它错误观念被引入内心时，就需要进行彻底的重新编程，才能获得自由。
每个阅读此文的人，都会联想到“ 成瘾”，那种不依赖某种东西，生活就无法忍受的感觉。无论是对自己、家人还是朋友，成瘾在生活里司空见惯。每个年龄段和每个社会经济群体，都会遇到来自同龄人和广告的压力，迫使他们去迎合“ 在你自身以外的某种东西需要快乐”的想法。
一个人为自己生活增添的外在东西越多，就越形成对这种生活方式的依赖。人们在不知不觉中创造了各种情景，错误地认定答案在自身的存在之外。事实上，所有答案都在你的内在。
当一个人对另一个人无度和无界地投入情感时，就会产生情感痴缠。这样的相互依赖关系，让人有一种绝望感，因为各人在过着自己生活的同时，又觉得对方得对自己的幸福负责。更容易被控制的一方会感到窒息，一边玩着游戏，一边强烈地想要逃离。双方都有种虚假的安全感。
当出现不和谐和高度焦虑时，人们往往会服用药物，它们能让人立即放松，并在生理和心理上形成依赖。医生盲目开出的危险药物会改变大脑功能，产生戒断症状，把试图以任何方式戒毒的患者进一步推向药物依赖。
地球上的所有人，都有可能对任何物质、活动或他人上瘾。有些人选择非法药物来获得快感，有些人则沉迷于社交媒体、健身运动，或者酗酒、狂吃、扫货，还有宗教活动。在这一世，你可能会留意到自己做出的这些选择。
每一个对不同活动的选择，都会为你的人生道路带来变数。选择要明智，因为思想会变成习惯，习惯会变成瘾。
在你读到这个信息的时候，你的记忆正在被激活，让光之能量帮助你！你可能还记得曾经依赖过的人或物，以为没有他/她/它你就活不下去！可现在你不是好好的么？你不再对这个人有任何感觉。故事已经翻篇了！你也不再使用这种物质来改变你的现实了，你成功地打破了成瘾的恶性循环。
你来地球，是为了超越一切障碍。使用他人和活动来制造虚假的幸福感，最终会让你周围的一切崩溃。当你意识到自己是光之旅程中的强大灵魂时，你就会明白，你就是你所渴望的一切。在你的灵魂之外，什么也不能给予你所寻求的平静。

Friends Of Light!
As Each Life Begins In Third Density, A Programming Of Brainwashing Begins Which Hardwires The Brain In Many Belief Systems. As One Believes They Are ‘Less Than’, ‘Not Worthy’ And Other False Concepts Are Introduced Into The Psyche, It Takes Complete Reprogramming To Become Free.
Each One Receiving This Communication Will Relate To Addictions And The Overwhelming Feeling That Life Is Unbearable Without Some Type Of Dependency. Whether With The Self, A Family Member Or Friend, Addiction Is Prevalent In All Walks Of Life. Every Age Group And Each Socioeconomic Group Will Experience The Pressure Of Peer Groups And Advertising To Conform To Ideas That Something Outside Of You Is Needed To Be Happy.
The More That One Adds To Their Life From The Outside Will Assure A Place Of Dependence To This Way Of Life. A Person Unknowingly Creates Scenarios In The False Assumption That The Answer Is Outside Of Their Being. In Truth, You Have All Answers Within.
Enmeshment Is Created When One Person Becomes So Emotionally Invested In Another That Boundaries Are Impossible. When Codependence Is Formed In This Manner, A Feeling Of Desperation Arises As Each Has Their Own Life While Feeling The Other Is Responsible For Their Well Being. The Person Who Is More Easily Controlled Will Feel Suffocated With An Intensity Of Wanting To Escape While Also Playing The Game. Both Parties Are Feeling False Security.
When There Is Discord And High Anxiety, Drugs Are Often Given That Bring Instant Relaxation And A Dependency Forms Physically And Psychologically. Physicians Have Blindly Prescribed Dangerous Drugs That Alter Brain Function And Produce Symptoms Of Withdrawal That Propel The Person Back Into Codependency If They Attempt Detox In Any Manner.
Addiction To Any Substance, Activity Or Another Person Is Possible For All Humans On Earth. While Some Choose Illicit Drugs To Become High, Others Become Addicted To Social Media, Alcohol, Exercise, Food, Shopping Or Religious Activities. In Your Present Life You Might Observe The Manner Of Your Choices.
Every Choice Of Activities Will Create Variables For Your Path. Choose Wisely As Thoughts Become Habits And Habits Can Become Addictions.
As Your Memories Are Being Activated As You Receive This Message, Let The Energy Serve You In Light! You Might Remember A Person Or A Substance That You Once Believed You Could Not Live Without! But Here You Are Now! You No Longer Feel Anything About This Person. The Story Is Gone! You No Longer Use This Substance To Alter Your Reality. You Have Broken The Cycle Of Addiction.
You Arrived To Transcend All Obstacles. Using People And Activities To Create A False Sense Of Well Being, Will Collapse Around You Over Time. As You Realize That You Are A Powerful Soul On A Journey Of Light, You Will Understand That You Are Everything You Desire. There Is Nothing Outside Of Your Own Soul That Can Provide The Peace That You Seek.
