你们每个人都会体验到某些开放的能量中心。其他脉轮会在清醒梦中，时而开启，时而关闭！
事实上，你们不断变化的感知，会让脉轮在为灵魂之光服务时彻底打开！
第一个要探讨的脉轮是根轮（海底轮），它是一种螺旋能量。它位于脊柱的底部，骨盆底的这个频率，阻塞时会导致自我毁灭行为，而自由流动能量会增强自信心。它与性能力和生殖能力相对应。随着根轮的打开，生活各方面的创造力都会得到提升。
骶轮（生殖轮，腹轮）也与性吸引和生殖的先天意向有关。脐轮（太阳神经丛）是一个能量涡漩，它能促进消化，并在各系统协同工作时提供健康的能量流。当这个脉轮打开时，就会产生自信和力量；当这个能量被阻挡时，就会产生自卑感。
