What Is This Issue In Truth? How Does It Develop And What Are The Symptoms Of This Malady Of Confusion And Chaos Of The Mind? Breathe Deeply And Know That There Is Always An Answer To Comfort You And Offer Assistance In A World Of Your Thoughts That Have Seemed To Be Unmanageable.
Obsessions Begin With A Single Thought. These Thoughts Can Derive From Fear Or Pleasure. There Can Be Endless Hours Of Checking Electrical Outlets, Turning In Place Multiple Times Before Sitting, Washing Hands One More Time, Folding Clothes Or Stacking Objects To Perfection. The Reason Behind All Of These Activities Is A Need To Control The Pain And Anxiety That Is Present. Once Anxiety Decreases, The Brain Releases Endorphins And The Person Becomes Programmed To Repeat Their Exhaustive Behavior.
There Are Methods Of Recovering For Those That Seek Help. Staying Present, Deep Breathing And Meditation Slows The Mind And Calms The Emotions. Having Someone To Listen And Process The Origin Of The Pain Will Allow The One Suffering To Discover Their Behavior Has Nothing To Do With The Cause Of The Anxiety. They Can Begin To Heal And Separate The Activity Of Compulsion With The Reason They Feel So Chaotic.
Without Treatment, OCD Often Progresses To Be Completely Out Of Control With The Sufferer In Unending Movements Of Attempting To Stop Pain With Activities. The Only True Way To Erase This Pain Is To Go Within And Realize The Illusion Of This Incessant Activity.
